New Mac user. This only started happening today, so I hit something I shouldn't have. But when I minimize Firefox on Mac (red button) all the open tabs I was using get closed. When I hit the yellow or green button on the Mac to maximize, all the tabs are closed. I can't figure out in configuration how to make this stop happening.

When I want to save a document to the desktop, I click on File and select save page as. Recently there was a change to the format options. I was able to save my documents to the desktop and in format was pdf which I selected and saved. Now the format options are Test Files, Web page HTML only and Web page complete. I have no idea what happened to the PDF format and there is no way that I know of that I can insert that option. Keep in mind that I am an 85 year old woman with limited technology knowledge. As a teacher, daily I use a web conferencing service called BigBlueButton by BlindSideNetworks.com. Everytime I use it I need to allow pop-ups. This is because it assigns a new website name to the webconference session. Please take a look at the attached screen shot. I'd like to be able to put a wildcard in the domain name so that any random variation that is assigned will allow pop-ups.

I got a notification a few weeks ago about my current version of Firefox becoming redundant at some point this year. Unfortunately because I was rushing around that day, I saw the pop up and immediately closed it.

I've looked online and saw that I should be able to update from the burger stack menu but it's giving me nothing to update to.

No downloadable programs online either.

I've now started seeing errors appearing on sites like Amazon Video saying my browser is no longer supported.

I would really prefer to keep using this browser but I'm not getting any information on how to keep it.

Security misconfiguration website will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it.......appears after click on the site. How do I clear or correct this for access?

Is there an open source search engine that can do the same and as well as Google? why does 'freshy search' appear in my box of search engine options? thanks steve

the create new password function seems to be missing or is not loading on my new version of Firefox - I relied on it regularly, now it is gone.

last night out of no where the default page favorites have shrunk like a guy in a cold pool the spacing between is still correct - but the icon size is much smaller

i checked my zoom options and im set to normal

help this is mildly annoying and totally driving me wild

no changes to system have been made in months - nor a windows update

I had a issue with my Dell laptop, when it was resolved It had deleted Firefox. They created a new one, but the bookmarks are gone. I have looked at the information on recovering Bookmarks, but still cannot recover my bookmarks.

Can I get help on this issue?

The video from certain sites(not one, but multiple ones) plays as gibberish. Attached a sample from amazon prime. Tried the following

• System restart
• Bios/Firmware update
• Display driver update
• Windows refresh

The issue seems very much localized to Firefox and not seen in any other browsers.
